She brought her experience to bear in cutting through red tape with the manufacturer, Margie was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. My problem was a tangle of a manufacturer's recall and an old unattended to warranty issue. Her care and concern about my car and personal well-being was gratifying. She is an excellent representative of your company. Once Margie had the problem untangled and dealt with my car was returned to me with surprising promptness. Paying for an Acura & driving a KIA due to airbag recall. Do not recommend buying a car from this dealership as they do not stand behind their vehicles. Due to an airbag recall, they are renting a Kia for me while I am paying for an Acura on a lease. They want a $1,750 down payment from me in order for me to lease a new Acura from them. They are paying $900 a month for the car rental from Enterprise, which comes to $900 per month. After 2 months their out of pocket will be $1,800 and $900 per month thereafter. Due to the safety issues on the recall I am not allowed to drive my Acura, but must continue to make lease payments. More
Employees who make difference I came in to pick up touch up paint for a minor ding. I asked Service advisor, Mrgy Friend, if some one could check the oil. She looked my car record I came in to pick up touch up paint for a minor ding. I asked Service advisor, Mrgy Friend, if some one could check the oil. She looked my car record and said would and also do a complete safety check.. She did and said next visit it needed a wheel align. The car only had 857 miles since its service in December . My wife only drives to the store. She did not have to do that, but I was impressed😀😀. Thank you! More
First timer I have just moved to the area and needed a tire fixed. I had coverage through my former dealership. Poor Follow Up After leaving service center, I left two phone messages with the advisor asking for him to call me because the car was still not running properly. He After leaving service center, I left two phone messages with the advisor asking for him to call me because the car was still not running properly. He never called me back to discuss my concerns. I do not live close to the dealership and my schedule is tight so turning around and going back at that time was not an option. I am very disappointed in the lack of acknowledgment of my calls even if he had no clue as to what was going on with the car. It is poor customer service not to follow-up with a customer in a timely matter whether or not you have an answer. More
