Best Experience EVER! Seriously, I can't get over how awesome everyone at Napletons was. I just finished a lease with Honda and I wanted something a little different. I called around several dealerships and everyone was quoting me crazy numbers. Napletons was never like that. They care about you and they honestly try to give you the best price. I worked with MJ and I have to say, if you are looking for a great deal, you must talk to him. This guy can make things happen like you wouldn't believe. He is so amazing, fantastic, wonderful!!!!!!!!. He has been in the industry for quite some time so he is extremely knowledgeable and won't waste your time. I drove down from Miami just because of him and I am so glad I did. The moment you get there, they treat you like royalty. I was very impressed. Honestly, if anyone is in the market for a new car (lease or purchase) come here. Don't waste your time with other dealerships. More

Bad service I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Almost 3 hours later, only my oil change was done and they broke the wheel stud trying to take the tire I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Almost 3 hours later, only my oil change was done and they broke the wheel stud trying to take the tire off. They didn't fix the stud, instead told me it wasn't there fault that it must of been the fault of where I got my brakes done. The service advisor told me not to worry, that the tire wouldn't fall off, that I still had 4 lug nuts on the tire. This is poor business, they broke it, they should of fixed it. I also asked the service advisor about the Acura recall paperwork I received, he told me my car was fine and it only effects about 1 in 1000 cars, how did he know my car was fine without checking it? I will not be returning to this dealership again, I will take my future vehicle purchase and service needs to another dealership. More
