Fixed the issue but timetable was long Brought our vehicle in for warranty service work to be performed (warped rotors or bad brake pads). Dropped vehicle off on a Tuesday night and stated that they could have the car until Monday but we needed it back no later than 11am. The first time we heard anything was Friday early afternoon and only because we called the dealership. We were told that they needed corporates blessing for replacement parts and should hear back later that same day but they never called back. Heard from dealership early Monday and they stated that they hope to get parts in and have it fixed late that day. After multiple conversations we were able to get car by 12:30. However, the reason for only 3 stars is because we believe strongly that the dealership could have easily finished the car prior to monday had they tried. More

After receiving multiple quotes all of which were about the same we decided to test drive the MDX at the Pompano store as it was close to Buick, our other option was the Enclave which I didn't like. Our situation also including my Lexus RX that we had already had appraised at carmax. For all you buyers out there DO yourself a favor as I have learned the truth about trading a car. I think that dealerships do there best to show you what you want but at the end of the day I have come to realize that carmax gIves you the most accurate information. That said no matter the brand we decided to go with we knew that it was going to come down to what the deal would be on the new car. That's where Palm Beach kicked it up a notch. We didn't just get contacted by an internet employee, the sales manager reached out by phone to go over the entire deal. was complete transparency from the start, additionally he just made all the difference More
