Here is a list of everyone I have spoken with: Richard John Crystal Steve (GM) Samantha Amy Elise Will Chris - Sales manager Emilio Alvaro Tara Angelica Noel The problem is the poor business practices and methods that are practiced. Probably needs an ownership change before that happens. Fortunately there are many other alternatives to car buying…I suggest anyone reading go to another dealership than Napleton

On 8-12-22, Neither Luis nor Jean tried to force anything on me or twist up things to try & convince me to buy things that I didn’t need. I’ve had BAD EXPERIENCES with other dealerships that are known as STEALERSHIPS in my eyes. I’m grateful for their Customer Service. I was HAPPY with the car that I purchased from Napleton’s Palm Beach Acura. They’re not ALL STATE INS. but Customers are in Good Hands.
