WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE This dealership is the most frustrating, misleading and obnoxious dealership I've ever had the displeasure of "working" with. I tried twice to get out This dealership is the most frustrating, misleading and obnoxious dealership I've ever had the displeasure of "working" with. I tried twice to get out of my lease early and into a new lease with them. On both occasions, I was mislead, my time was wasted and my intelligence insulted. It's difficult enough being a single female purchasing a vehicle on her own, but when you have to deal with a dealership like Napleton it is absolutely impossible. On both trips to the dealership the salesmen were unprepared. They had no knowledge of what I was looking for despite the fact that I was told that the car I wanted to see would be waiting for. I waited for hours while the salesman looked around the lot for what I was looking for, only to be told it was not there. I was treated like a second class citizen. I then decided that I was interested in another vehicle. We came to an agreement on the numbers, and once again, the old bait and switch. They didn't have the vehicle that I wanted, nor could they get it. They attempted to coax me into a vehicle that I didn't want. Did I mention that this was after I gave them a $1000 deposit!? Thankfully, my deposit was returned, but my wasted time was not. I was actually supposed to meet with the General Manager, Sean Makkeef, who could not have been any less interested. He sat down with me for approximately 2 minutes, and then passed me off onto his sales associate, Shelby, who had no idea what I was looking for. If I said Sean was unprofessional, that would be putting it nicely. Not only would I never do business with this dealership, I would highly recommend no one do business with them. The amount of incompetence, dishonesty and lack of professionalism is astonishing. I chose to do business with another dealership, got exactly what I wanted at a better price and left much more satisfied and much less aggravated. More

They take zero accountability for their terrible service Ever since I purchased my lease from them it has been nothing but problems. My radio never works, the breaks dont work, the tires are bald after 25,00 Ever since I purchased my lease from them it has been nothing but problems. My radio never works, the breaks dont work, the tires are bald after 25,000 miles, there is a smell in the car that I cant get rid of, it breaks down. I purchased every type of coverage I could get when I leased my ILX. I purchased every package, bumper to bumper. I pay almost $500 a month for my lease so I could be covered. Mind you I have a 780 credit score. Every one of those problems I mentioned ended up being a recall that I had to fight with the service department for them to do anything about. When they finally realized they were recalls each time they told us its not their job to know every recall on every car. Even the smell in the car was a problem with the radiator but they refused to do anything about it until I researched it myself to find out it was a recall. I sat down with a district manager and we spoke about my issues. She offered me 3 payments off my lease. She never came through with this offer. I spent countless hours on the phone to facilitate this compensation, and it was never done. She wasted my time, and lied. The brand new 2016 car eventually broke down on the side of the road. I called roadside assistance. Two hours later on the side of a highway they never showed. Another hour goes by and they still dont show. I was 8 and a half months pregnant with my broken down brand new car on the side of the road, and a service I pay for (roadside assistance) never shows up. I end up having to fix my car myself in the Florida heat, and I was so dizzy I had to go to the hospital instead of the funeral I was on my way to to put my grandfather to rest. They take zero accountability for their service or their company, and are constantly looking to pass the buck. More

Worst car buying experiance ever.. Where is the humanity? Let me start off with saying. I'm not the type of person to leave a review ever. Even if it was a bad experience, but this was too horrible to not leave one. My husband and I were in the market for a used Toyota Sienna Se in white. We had been searching for well over a month. He saw this one at Palm Beach Acura which came with a scooter and a lift. We didn't need the lift but have a family member who did so we wanted to bless them with it. So my husband stopped by after Church. While i was home sleeping with our teething 15 month old. He agreed to come back at 3pm with me to see it. We arrived and was left waiting for 30 minutes because they could not locate the keys. So anyways finally we get the keys. I start asking questions about the lift and stuff on the vehicle, which the sales man could not anwser. I gave him a pass on that because I know how stressful selling a used car is. My husband test drove it, liked it and wanted to proceed. Going forward into the deal. I knew how the trade works they give you the minimum for ypur vehicle and how some places add a bunch of crap to your bill " the smoke and mirrors trick". I quietly sat back with my kids while my husband dealt with the salesman. After 30 minutes of back and forth they come back with a paper showing the numbers. I looked it over and it just didn't make sense. So i brought it up to the salesman who then got the manager after I got a bit angry. The manager comes over and his demenor was nice but I knew he wasn't genuine. He assured me all the charges were protocol and could not be removed and he showed me where it did add up correctly. He promised us "no smoke and mirrors" I just thought the price of car was less and our trade in was more. So my mistake. Plus i didnt want to argue over every one of these mundan charges. From that moment it went really sour. They offered to remove the lift for us but when we asked when could we pick it up they tried to keep it and say they reduced the price on the car because they were keeping tge lift. What ???? Really?? Like we were idiots. No one talked about reducing the price. They gave us a little more for our trade but price never moved nor did they mention anything about keeping the lift. We had to then argue with the manager and salesman. I wanted to walk out but my husband wanted to let them make it right. Whatever. I apologised to the salesmen (who I'm leaving anonymous) for my angry outburst. I had no sleep for 3 days and this was way to stressful for me. The salesman said sorry about the "miscommunication" on the lift .They agreed to leave lift and price so we moved forward again. But it still proceeded with issues. The finance department was amazing. I felt horrible because it was 10pm when we were finally in the room for paperwork. Anyways. I told the salesman I'd take the car not detailed or cleaned just because i wanted to get home. They offered a loaner, but I just wanted to go home. I was exhausted after sitting 5 hours with a 15 month old and 2 older kids with me. I figured it wasn't too bad . After looking at the interior closely the following day. it was a mess. When I purchased our last car it was in perfect condition before they even detailed it and it was a used vehicle too........ So I had my husband make an appointment with them the next day to get it cleaned. I go with my 3 kids and remove my babies carseat so they could vacuum it and wipe the seats down. He takes the car and less then 30 minutes later says it ready. It was filthy they did nothing but put the dirty matts in the front and spray freshner. No vacuum, no wiping anything down, i just pray they didn't do something to the car after all that. I was so mortified on how they treated me. That was uncalled for. I left in tears They treated us like our money wasnt good enough. Where is the humanity? Even with all the issues we encountered customer should always be right and come first. But no I guess because it was a used vehicle thats how they treated us. The salesman then calls my husband and asks how it went how was the car? Really? you know how it was. His anwser to that was "that's how we detail the cars" .You did not detail the car. You left it filthy for my family to go into. I pray no one has to be treated that way no matter whats the price of car you want to buy. No matter how much money you have or don't have and definietly no matter how educated or uneducated you are. We are all worthy human beings. I have kids. I'm a Mother. I love Acuras but will never go back there even when we can afford one. I'll take my money elsewhere. I'm sure had we had purchased a new vehicle this experience would be different. Sad. Or had cash in hand. They really need to step back and realize Money isn't everything. I'm here praying now that there's nothibg wrong with the car because of my childrens sake. After the way it all went down. That is rather sad. More

So I explained my dissatisfaction, she said it was all my fault for turning up at the dealership an hour prior to my appointment. After 20 minutes of arguing with her, she never asked once how she could even try to make the situation better and what could she do to earn my business. I feel she was just not interested in what I had to say, apart from it was my problem by turning up early. More

The shade of paint was slightly different from manufacturer but beginning to blister. After many discussions and arguments with Napleton they pushed our concerns onto Acura USA out of CA. After many months of going back and forth with them they attempted to repair vehicle to near like factory conditions with a small compensation for our troubles. We are still not completely satisfied and are being stonewalled again by lack of response to our concerns. We were told that as far as they were concerned they have met their obligations to repair vehicle. We remain unhappy and are considering legal representation at this time. More

He called and spoke with Linda at length and she went over a full description of the car – specs, price, package, etc. She sent him a link to a loan application and upon completion, he called her back and she promised him a loan rate. Since it was a 2016 Acura TLX priced below KBB, we were skeptical and called her again before we left to the dealership. He asked her one more time about the availability and car details/package. She confirmed everything again and stated the car would be out front waiting when we arrived. When we got there she introduced herself then promptly excused herself and never returned. A different sales rep approached us and said that there was some sort of misunderstanding and the car was no longer available – it had been sold the day before. He then tried to convince us to look at a lease option and when we refused, he attempted to push my husband to consider a 2017 TLX which was obviously priced considerably higher than the 2016 we came to see. It was a complete scam and a total waste of time but worst of all, they ran his credit on the promise of something they had no intention of fulfilling! We will never step foot inside another Napelton dealership again. More

We were traveling over 30 miles to see the car so I asked her to be sure. She went over the description and price with me so I know she was looking into the correct vehicle. It was a BMW X5. Natalie called to tell me our X5 was ready and out front for us to see. I also received an automated text. I told Natalie great we were almost there. Upon our arrival the sales manager and a woman (Natalie?) we're outside. I heard her scrambling about trying to find a BMW. A couple of minutes later the manager said and I quote Oh that car was sold. It's not here anymore but feel free to look around. We were very specific about what we were interested in. Bait and hook did not work here. We were totally inconvenience and not happy. We will never go to a Napleton dealership again. 0 stars for them! Unfortunately I had to choose 1 star at least to be able to post this. More
