5 cars in8 years I’ve leased 5 Acura in 8 years from Palm Beach Acura. These guys work hard to get you where you need to be financially. There service is impeccable. T I’ve leased 5 Acura in 8 years from Palm Beach Acura. These guys work hard to get you where you need to be financially. There service is impeccable. They do everything they can to make the process of leasing or buying a car easy for me. The only issue that I ever had with any of these cars was a dead battery. Once I got a jump they replaced the battery for me in less than a 1/2 hour. I live much closer to another Acura dealership yet I continue to drive up to them because I find them much more professional.... More

Happy with my new RDX I saw the 2019 RDX on a commercial and decided to go to my nearest Acura dealer, in this case Palm Beach Acura. Shady business I have never, ever dealt with such an unprofessional sales force. The team I dealt with had no respect for my time. Please note I live almost 1 hour a I have never, ever dealt with such an unprofessional sales force. The team I dealt with had no respect for my time. Please note I live almost 1 hour away from this dealership. The never gave me a final quote (out of the door), and kept on insisting the number were with the financial manager. - I made an appointment for Sunday (9/16) at 2PM. The Sales Representative never showed up. They scrambled to find me another person. - 4 different people followed up with me on Monday (9/17). None of them were aware of each other or could quote me the final price of the vehicle out of the door. - Finally I arranged a call at 5:10PM (9/17) with a manager (Natalie?), which was border line rude on the phone. When I asked how did she calculated the proposed price she simply left me speaking by myself on the phone and transferred me to a her assistant which could not discuss pricing. Dont do business with this place! More

Unetical Dealership I saw the price publish on the internet for two cars. I went in and an hour later the the sales man would not tell me the sales price. They wanted an additional $2500 certification fee plus additional $900.00 dealer fee. Beware don’t trust them! The publish price on internet to get you in then the add ridiculous fees. More
