Impressive leasing experience! Just leased my first vehicle from Napleton Acura. Maciel Madera was our salesperson. She impressed me with her knowledge of the vehicle (MDX Advance Just leased my first vehicle from Napleton Acura. Maciel Madera was our salesperson. Mike Mueger worked with us to cone up with a price that we thought was appropriate— quite advantageous to us yet still fair to the dealership Once the car was prepped, it was driven into a special bay just off the show room. Cute extra element was placing a large bow on the hood temporarily. At that point, Robert Mahler provided us with a truly “Bentley level experience.” He spent no less than 45 minutes instructing us on every system in the car and personalized those systems for us. I have bought dozens of cars over the years and can say that no one provided this level of personalized service in the past. I was extremely impressed!!. This was my first experience with Napleton Acura and Look forward to this first exoerience being the first of many. More
