Fraud,deceptive trade practices, bait and switch I contacted the dealership about a 2012 RDX that was advertise. I arrived to the dealership to be informed the vehicle was just sold. I was informed i I contacted the dealership about a 2012 RDX that was advertise. I arrived to the dealership to be informed the vehicle was just sold. I was informed if I purchase a year newer I could receive a 6 percent interest. I waited over three hours and upon exiting the dealership the finance manager Jeff Young stated I was denied financing by numerous banks only alternative was to lease. I questioned the statement because I paid on time with 25 percent extra towards principal each month. I waited weeks for letters of credit denials but did not receive any. I then check my credit report to realize the dealership did not apply for financing. I realize I was a victim of bait and switch, deceptive trade practices and fraud. I received a letter thanking me for purchasing the 2013 RDX I text drive therefore if the dealership had submitted financing they knew I could have purchased. The dealership wanted to remove the new vehicles that did not sale from the premises to compete with their competitors. The length the dealership willing to go to fraud consumers. The dealership staff register the wrong vehicle to me. The buyers for the vehicle arrived six weeks afterwards then the staff took the vin number from the vehicle I am in possession of to use to register the other vehicle because they had use the vin number to register the vehicle to me. I lost my USAA insurance because the staff at dealership knowingly illegally register the wrong vehicle to me for five months. My insurance was terminated in December due to the staff actions therefore I am without insurance on their lease vehicle. The dealership staff will use fraud and deceptive trade practices. I were not surprised to read the owner was arrested for having a manager assist him to harm an incoherent employee. I am disheartened for the employee. I do not want any other consumers to have my experience with their dealership. The employees will take only the higher rating reviews on their website and low advertise prices to be told just sold to bait consumers to their dealership. The staff is unethical and mark up the vehicle higher for what they are selling for upon leasing and fraud you into removing the new vehicles that do not sell to compete with their competitors. More

He treated me with respect and like family and we ended negotiations with a hand shake. Stanley wasn’t just a sales guy he was an advocate. I honestly never ever (even with those dealing with my dad) seen a buyers order end in zeros. The best experience I’ve ever had. I felt like my dad and the guys he trained were sitting there with me from Earl Stewart Toyota. However, this experience with Palm Beach Acura was just as good. Go See Stanley ASAP. Also, if you can’t Dee St. Juste is just as good. He helped my mother the day before. More
