I came in with my wife last week and was greeted by a sales person named Robert. I had no idea that he was the general manager as he made us feel welcome with no pressure. I explained that the car was sales person named Robert. I had no idea that he was the general manager as he made us feel welcome with no pressure. I explained that the car was for my wife and that she had some specific needs that she wanted in a car. Robert listened and showed us 3 options that were available. I was also very impressed by the overall look and feel of the dealership. Very clean and maintained to MY expectations. Tried to claim defective carpet was my fault, so it wouldn't have to honor warranty. Beware, if you decide to take it there for service. It tried to blame Mazda corporate but Mazda corporate said itw wouldn't have to honor warranty. Beware, if you decide to take it there for service. It tried to blame Mazda corporate but Mazda corporate said itwas the dealerships call. I asked why it believed I would try to pull up carpet rather than just seeing that it was installed incorrectly. No answer but to say it would not honor it for warranty but could surely fix it if I paid them more money. More
