But we were in love with the 2013 Dodge Dart they had! Blue, and fully loaded--and it was less than our budget accounted for! they listened to our needs, and helped us into the right car for a first time buyer. There were some things I needed to get in order during that time but refused to work With anyone else. The reason I kept going back to Leo is because he works hard to make it happen and he cares! He will do what he has to do to make sure you're pleased and driving away with something you love! He never once gave up and was committed to making it happen for me! He took the time to get to know me versus just pressuring me to make a purchase.. when I get ready to trade I will definitely see Leo again.. Watch for added fees After researching a new CX-5 for a few months, and contacting multiple dealers, Oak Lawn Mazda had the best price. When we got there, they did hono After researching a new CX-5 for a few months, and contacting multiple dealers, Oak Lawn Mazda had the best price. When we got there, they did honor the price, but, said there was a MANDATORY $799 fee for basically an insurance policy if your car gets stolen. We almost walked out, but, they convinced us it was worth it and most people are happy to have this policy. It was late, and they threw in a free oil change, so we went with it. The next weekend, we went to register the vehicle, but, apparently they hold the title for 10 days before sending out, which we were not made aware of. Next, stopped at the insurance company, and noticed we didn't have the paperwork on the 'mandatory' insurance policy they said we had to purchase. Upon contacting the dealership, they sent us a copy of it, and they signed in the space saying 'customer rejects this coverage!' They said this was just an oversight on their end. Funny, for something that they say all customers pay. Then, we noticed it was a 5 year policy. We were never told this policy expired. Contacted the dealer again, and expressed our frustration. They bumped the policy to a 7 year policy, and took another week to get us a copy of it. Bottom line, the price they quoted us seemed too good to be true, chalk it up to a learning experience. Besides this $799 fee, and not being told of the hold time on the title transfer, the rest of the transaction went smooth. More

Great Experience Luis was the Sales Consultant I needed at this time because 1) it has been over 10 years since I have put myself into the Market to purchase a new Veh Luis was the Sales Consultant I needed at this time because 1) it has been over 10 years since I have put myself into the Market to purchase a new Vehicle; and 2) my last car purchase experience was a 1 out of 5! And a low 1 at that. So I came in ‘armored’ to deal with a Sales person who was only interested in “closing-the-deal”. Well I was/am very pleased (and surprised) with my “experience” with Mr Herrera! First, he apologized for my very short wait. Second, after a brief exchange of our respective names, he asked about me - “and how are you this afternoon Mr Moss?” “Thank you for coming in”! What can I do for you?” And, equally important, I felt that he ‘listened’ to EACH of my responses and was not giving me the “scripted sales sweet talk”. That is a skill in the Car Sales Industry. Luis shared with me that he has been at his craft for over 6/7 years! Finally, having been at the store for several hours in the sales process, Luis was very attentive [continuously] when he was waiting on others to answer and/or be freed up to respond to him so that he could then get back to me. The icing on the cake is that I love my new ‘whip’ (car)!!! I will refer my Friends and Colleagues to Luis /Mazda of Oak Lawn. Thanks, Luis!!! More
