Tom made my service easy and simple. I called my AC was not working. I brought the car to Napletons. Within the hour they were already working on the car. Robb is always good to deal with and is one of the principal reasons we return to this dealer for service. We've had other service writers when he has been away and they have not been nearly as frien principal reasons we return to this dealer for service. Very positive experience EXCEPT, price quoted was not price charged !!!! There was a charge for "shop supplies" never mentioned at time the car was brought in. The service adviser was exceptionally n price charged !!!! There was a charge for "shop supplies" never mentioned at time the car was brought in. The service adviser was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. I don't think the charge for shop supplies had anything to do with the service advisor. This seemed to be a dealership policy. I'd rather the cost of the service include ALL costs as opposed to "hidden". More
Dustin always helps me with my service issues. He gets everything fixed the first time. He never gives me a BS answer like, "Couldn't duplicate customer complaint." The service advisor was pleasant, though had some difficulty writing down and typing info and had to retype a few things, so the check-in took a little longer. The car was ready on time, though I was difficulty writing down and typing info and had to retype a few things, so the check-in took a little longer. The car was ready on time, though I was told that there were several people ahead of me and that to claim the car may take some time. The service advisor was supposed to call Carmax to see if they could be billed directly. I didn't receive another call for a couple of hours....the advisor couldn't get through to Carmax because he had written down the fax number instead of the phone number.Once I determined that, he was able to get straight through though now this was an inconvenience as it was 5:00pm and rush hour traffic to travel in to pick up the car. The air bag system has been fixed. All in all, I have always had good service at Napleton's...we own two Jeeps...and I will return there for service More
