Early after the purchase they made a s Napleton Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram do NOT honor there commitment! I purchased a car in 2013 from them. Early after the purchase they made a service error. For this error they provided me free oil changes as long as I own the car. Monday, 05/22/2023, I took my car in for an oil change. The service representative Mitchell pull up my profile and ask did I get free oil changes. I responded yes. He stated he didn't see a service contract for the free oil changes. I told him how I have been provided free oil changes and showed him an invoice with the code NC(No Charge) oil change. I told him he should be able to pull up my profile and see I do not have to pay for oil changes. He showed me his screen saying I paid $23 my last oil change. I told him his screen was an error. I ask to speak with a manager. Note: I pull in to the service department after work around 4pm. I had already been there 465 minutes waiting for someone to begin assisting me and dealing with Mitchel stating lying about I do not get free oil changes. I ask to speak with a manager. He was not sure the manager was available. He later said I could speak with a manager as soon as he was free. After waiting about another 20 minutes, I ask how long would it be. He said there were two other people in front of me. I ask Mitchell the managers name and he said Rich H???. I asked him for the spelling of the manager's last name and he said he did not know. Note: I am a senior citizen with health conditions and four special needs foster children. I left my name and my number for the manager to call me. Two days later, I am still waiting on that call from Rich H. the manager. Napleton recently agreed to settle a discrimination lawsuit because it was reported they were discriminating against minorities. Hello, I am a proud minority. More

They advertised and quoted me a price for a car. Then I get paperwork the price is a lot higher and they try add all these services fees. The car ends up being almost twice the price advertised.
