Eventually got to a service rep who told us our appointment for a recall, which we took off work for, was more of a consultation really. They were backed up from the weekend and wouldn’t get to the truck until tomorrow maybe. What?? Needless to say, we left. Now it’s off to the cardiologist to get our blood pressure in check! More
