Lost the key lugnut during a rotation We had our tires rotated during an oil change. The service department didn't put the lugnut key back in the car. By the time we realized this, we were 90 minutes away. We called and asked if they still had it. No one ever responded to phone calls or emails. We had to have the key lugnuts cut off and all tires rekeyed resulting in $300 in service costs. We've taken the vehicle there for oil changes and they always take at least 2 hours, even with an appointment. More

I went three times to get help and I was ridicule and treat as a trash by three different managers in front of the salesperson. Immediately I went to other brand dealer and was treated with respect, professionalism and courtesy. I went out with a new cart from that dealer. After that, I went back to cancel my old car warranty and finance manager gave me a paper to go to the bank, The bank said that the dealer must return the not pay money for the warranty. Went back to the dealer and another manager informed me that I had no money to claim. I show him the paper and, once again, I was treat as a trash. Please think about it when you decide to buy a car from this dealer or others dealers affiliate to them. More
