They listed the sales price online and then told me it was more when I got there because of a reconditioning fee. They offered me $2k less than nada and Kelly blue book for my trade in and wouldn’t talk was more when I got there because of a reconditioning fee. The stock pictures they used online were for an entirely different model to get me in the store. They wasted my time for several hours to then tell me they couldn’t negiate the price and the vehicle needed to be inspected by then, only to tell me the next day they would not negotiate the price at all? Dishonest practice to get me in the door waste my time and then blow me off. Terrible experience! I have perfect credit and want to put down at least 5k on the car and trade in my used car that was spotless. More
