My son purchased a new Ram from Napletons North Palm Autopark back on March 6th, not only didn't they return our calls for 3 weeks but they didn't pay off his trade in for over a month and a half. Lucki Autopark back on March 6th, not only didn't they return our calls for 3 weeks but they didn't pay off his trade in for over a month and a half. Luckily we got a call back just before his temporary plate expired, they sent us a new one but that expired a week ago and he still hasn't received his plates or registration. Once again they are ignoring his emails. Not sure how they stay in business if they treat customers like this. More

Everyone buying here seems to love'em but their autoshop is pure xxxx. Gave a quote for roughly $2000, sent a ridiculous envoice for $5000 and when we found a mechanic to do it for roughly the original cost is pure xxxx. Gave a quote for roughly $2000, sent a ridiculous envoice for $5000 and when we found a mechanic to do it for roughly the original cost they informed us that they had already installed $2000 dollars worth of parts without permission. Dealerships like this prey on people to be stuck with them once they have your car. On top of all this, a mechanic at another place that I know told me that he fixed a car that they tried getting $10,000 to install a transmission. Unless you just absolutely have zero choice I'd suggest checking with LITERALLY any other mechanic in the area. There ethics are on par with pond xxxx. More
