Best service experience on my car I have had! I was very nervous about my car when I brought it in but Juan Gascon went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problems and to fix them with the I was very nervous about my car when I brought it in but Juan Gascon went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problems and to fix them with the most skilled and knowledgable people in the service department. He got under my car immediately when I described what was going on and then connected me with the most experienced people to get the job done. He was easy to reach, very knowledgeable, and communicated clearly with me throughout the whole process. He ensured that I had access to a great rental car during the work that needed to be done. Finally after being done with the work on my car I told him there was something wrong with my jeep key. He on the spot grabbed his tools and took the time right then to perfectly fix my key. Juan is very dedicated and really takes the time to make sure you are taken care of and have the best experience possible. Will never take my car anywhere else, awesome service from Juan. More
