Jimmy is the best! I have bought a few new cars but this was my first time buying a Hyundai from Napleton. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle I purchased and did an exceptional job demonstrating the navigation, Blue Link, blind spot detection, voice activation, climate control, hand-free communication, satellite radio, audio and media systems. He helped me link my phone to the car, took me step by step through the user manuals and explained every button and function inside and outside the vehicle. He contacted me a few days after the purchase and was very genuine in his offer to help me in the future with any questions I may have about the car. All in all, he made the tedious process of purchasing a new vehicle a wonderful experience, and as such, I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
