I must say our salesman Nick Sheret was unbelievable. I myself am in sales, and i pride myself on customer service. Nick went above and beyong when it comes to customer service. He was thorough with the information about the vehicle we were interested in. Although we test drove a black Hyundai Tucson, and were willing to purchase that vehicle, Nick remember a conversation about my wife looking at Kona coffee colors at different dealerships, and surprised us by walking in a back lot and pulling up in one before we signed the dotted line for the black one. James Consolino First I want to say I was in a serious accident caused by a young woman who thought it to be more important to text and think she could drive. I was laid up for 3 weeks then was forced to start looking for a car. We went every where it seemed and test drove a lot of cars. Although we were looking for a used car because of trying not to have a car payment, we had heard from a friend of a great salesman whom she spoke highly of, named James Consolino, whom helped them with a purchase. We were not planning to buy a new car much less a new Hyundai, sorry, I didn't know anything about them. Then we met James. Not only was he helpful but he really cared about us as people. He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt pressured. We truly for the first time ever had a great experience in the process of buying a car and we have been married 34 yrs. so there have been cars and dealerships that we have had to deal with. We have told out friends about him, the dealership and how much we love our new car.
