Loved the car but was never happy with the color as choices were limited when I made my purchase. Took my Kia Soul in for regular maintenance yesterday. I had looked at the website the night before and noticed a Latte Brown 2016 Kia Soul was available. Hmm... So when I dropped off my car I went over to sales and asked to see the car. It was love at first sight. The deal offered was fair and that made for an easy decision. I left with a new car! And I couldn't be happier. Great team of people to work with. Very warm and friendly and they very much seem to care about people more than cars. And that works for me. More

He was very outgoing, continuously asking what we wanted in a car, do we have questions, is there anything else he could provide to us, and anything else in the middle. The manager and GM even was very helpful in finding us car(s) we wanted and ensuring we got the best price and worked with us in saving money in a long run. I am a repeat customer as I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento a few years back, and now am the proud owner of 2 2015 cars - Sorento & Optima. Many people hate to have to go car shopping but this dealer, I think anyone searching would be more than happy with such a friendly, reputable dealer by far! More
They nag to get extra service work done. There are high service fees added without prior notice. It seems to me the cost for shop rags and extras should be included in the price, not as a surprise after y service fees added without prior notice.
