Bought a 2015 Kia Optima Hybrid new in 2016. Has 20,000 miles on it. Took it in thinking I needed my safety and emissions test done. Charged $36 for them. Only to find out two days later the law changed mo miles on it. Took it in thinking I needed my safety and emissions test done. Charged $36 for them. Only to find out two days later the law changed more than two months ago and I don’t need one for at least 5 more years! I am not upset about the money I am out. It’s the fact they know this info but didn’t mention it to me at all?! So if they aren’t up front about something like a state inspection what other services are not needed that are given. I trusted my dealer and service center to be upfront with me. Not so sure of that anymore! Putting this out there for people to know to do research prior to getting services done. I had no idea this law changed. My rating is from this experience alone. More
Horrible mechanic not honoring warranty June 3. Now I was also in back in feb BEFORE my warranty expired and told napleton I was losing over 1 qt of oil a month on my 2017 sportage. After th June 3. Now I was also in back in feb BEFORE my warranty expired and told napleton I was losing over 1 qt of oil a month on my 2017 sportage. After their “Top Quality” service men looked at it they tell me there is no leak!! I have puddles in my garage!! I go to a different repair shop not even a dealership and they spot the leak in 30 mins!! Went back to dealer they looked at it again but again couldn’t see where the leak the other shop saw was so after being there for 3 1/2 hours they decided to put dye in it and have me come back in a week. I came back and a few hrs later the fourth time they finally found the leak!! Now NAPLETON tells me I HAVE TO PAY 50% OF THIS REPAIR BILL BECAUSE THEIR FACTORY TRAINED MECHANICS COULDNT DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY AND FIND THE LEAK I COMPLAINED ABOUT BEFORE MY VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Out to get you and your money. Unqualified mechanics that can not even find a simple oil leak even when I told them exactly where it was!! Was in for oil change on feb 8 2019 was up sold to a oil change fuel cleaning and car wash. There were 2 pieces that needed to be ordered under warranty was told when they were done with ooil change the still owed me the car wash that I paid for in the package and that parts were ordered and they would call when in. Now April 26 this was my fifth time calling up there after 6 messages left over the past 2 weeks with no one returning any of the calls. Finally today they put me to parts they tell me my parts show arriving FEB 12!!! Again when he transfers me to service I have to leave another message. Thought dealerships were susposed to be better than regular repair shops, if I wanted to be treated like this I could have paid someone off the street and got done quicker!! More
Chris makes doing business at Napleton a pleasure. Chris met me at my car this morning as soon as I drove onto the dealership lot and introduced himself. He was very personable and courteous. He listened to my input on what type of car I might be interested in and was very thorough in showing me several and explaining all of the features. He was very patient in working with me to settle on a deal I was happy with and saw the entire process through with me to the very end. He even set up the phone/car Bluetooth pairing for me so I would not have to struggle with that. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends that may be in the market for a new or used car and if I should find myself in the market in the future he is the person I will go to. More
Appointments mean nothing. Had an appointment today for 8:15am for complementary service for buying a car. It was for installation of mud flaps and a car detailing. I was told a 2 hour wait time, and I agreed to it and was going to stay the whole time they worked. 2 hours passed and I hadn't heard anything. After 2 and a half hours I walked to the service department and asked for an update. I was told by someone that they would look into it, have me wait in the lobby and someone would come and talk to me. No one came to talk to me. At the 3 hour mark, a salesmen came up to me and a lady to see if we needed anything. It was a kind gesture. 3 hours and 15 minutes go by and a service guy gets to me and asks about personal belongings in my car. They haven't started the detailing, only cleaned the outside. I tell him just clean the outside of the car so i can go home. Finally after 3 and a half hours, the let me drive it out of their garage. HOWEVER, when I pulled out of the dealership and on to the main road, I noticed my hood bouncing up and down. They didn't even close it. I drove it back to the service place. The guy checked it and closed it, and I was finally able to go home. All in all, I just wanted some communication. Tell me what it going on. I know things happen, but holy cow was that bad. They guy who cleaned my car did a good job, Ill say that. I do have a complementy detailing that they need to give me, but it isn't even worth it in my opinion. Lord knows how long that would of taken.... More

I contacted him regarding a "we owe" dent repair from Napleton Kia re I am thrilled with the exceptional service preformed by Apollo Wall of Carmedic. I contacted him regarding a "we owe" dent repair from Napleton Kia recieved when I purchased my new car. He is an "artist" of dent removal. He came to my home on my schedule, was very friendly and professional, and it turned out great. The dent is gone! I will defiantly use him again and recommend him to everyone! The service dept. was closed and Chris could have easily sent me on my way. Instead, he tracked down another employee who was able to test my key battery and determined I needed a new one. Then Chris actually sat down and changed the battery for me. Thank you for the great customer service! More

She came home with a bill over $500! when I asked her what happened, she told me that they did a bunch of "recommended" services including a radiator flush for over $200. I asked her why she let them do all that stuff and she said she didn't agree to all that just the oil changed. They wouldn't let her leave with out paying the bill so she did. I went up there and spoke with the manager and he showed me a sheet my wife signed and said she agreed to all of it. However the sheet was multiple pages of services and my wife only signed the top one which was for the oil change. The manager agreed that was misleading and he could see how she wouldn't have seen or agreed to all the unwanted services. He said we could expect a refund check in the mail in the next 3 weeks. The check never came. I called him again and he sounded surprised we never got the check. He said he would make some calls. Long story short we never got a check. Our family has purchased 5 vehicles from this location but I we can't do business with them anymore. It was a total headache, that we didn't have time for, chasing down a refund we never got. More

So when I discovered a small problem (iPod connectivity issue), I called Chris King and took my car in a few days later.. It was a nasty, rainy day. The car needed to be pulled into the service bay and Ben quickly offered to do that for me. Nikki got busy looking for solutions. Someone in service was looking at the car. Chris Cayce came by and fixed the problem. He even put my new license plates on for me after noticing them on the front seat! I love the teamwork at this dealership. If one person is busy, someone else steps up. Everyone is friendly and speaks to you. Even salesmen I hadn't dealt with greeted me and remembered which car I'd bought. I continue to be pleased with this dealership. More
