I consider myself to be a cost and value driven consumer. I was originally attracted to Kia because of the great looks and 100K warranty. I want to especially give big time kudos to my sales person Mary Sieli who dealt with any and all of mine or my wifes concerns in a very professional manner and who worked extremely hard to earn our business. I must say I believe she is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with for a large expense consumer product. All of the employees at Zeiser were always friendly and courteous. I highly recommend you give these folks and Mary a chance to earn your auto business. More

Mike Carroll, our Sales Consultant was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with all the features of the car that we chose to buy. Anytime we are unsure about all the technology we can just pick up the phone or go by and they will explain our concern. Initially when I met Mike Carroll I thought here we go again with the same old experience at a dealership. He told me what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle for my son and I was very s again with the same old experience at a dealership. He told me what to expect during the process of purchasing a vehicle for my son and I was very skeptical. My son decided he wanted a KIA Optima Hybrid and they only had one that he was interested in. We decided to check out another Dealership and with my son's trade they were way off the mark with the same car but a different color. We decided to go back to Zeiser and within 10 minutes we made a deal, exactly what Mike Carroll said would happen. Mike Carroll, Mike Feinstein, Shane Roemer and Nichole Toth made our experience extremely pleasant. We felt we got a fair deal and the other dealer was believe it or not $4500.00 difference. Every time you walk in this dealership I feel like I am among friends and they are all outstanding. My mom and dad recently purchased a SORENTO from Mike and everything was handled very professionally with them and took them in the finance room to discuss the deal because my dad is hard of hearing. They completed the deal within 10 minutes again. I have to say if you need a new car and want a KIA then you better go see Mike and the Crew and I guarantee you will get a fair deal without all the run around.
