They nag to get extra service work done. There are high service fees added without prior notice. It seems to me the cost for shop rags and extras should be included in the price, not as a surprise after y service fees added without prior notice. We leased a Kia Soul (3 year, 45k miles) and wanted to turn the car in a few months early. We had used most of the miles, had no further need for the car, and wanted to go ahead and pay the remaining pay turn the car in a few months early. We had used most of the miles, had no further need for the car, and wanted to go ahead and pay the remaining payments and turn in the car. We called the dealership a month ahead of time, and they told us about the disposition fee (a $400 fee that is charged when you turn in your leased vehicle if you do not lease or buy another Kia), but did not mention that we needed to arrange anything else. Today when we tried to turn in the car, the dealership was less than helpful, and Kia corporate was rude. The dealership's salesperson told us there would be an early lease termination fee (which there is not, he was referring to the disposition fee which would be due regardless of turning in early or not), and told us that we should have scheduled an inspection ahead of time with Kia corporate, and that they could not take the car until that was done (they should have communicated this when we talked with them last month). Kia corporate also told us that even though we were going to pay the remaining payments, the dealership would be under no obligation to take the car back, and if the car went to auction we would owe the difference (of the amount it sold for at auction versus the lease end value). So, we were trying to give them the car back early, with all payments made, with mileage less than 45k, and they refused and were extremely unhelpful. In our 20 years of leasing and buying vehicles, this has been by far our worst experience and the sorriest customer service we have ever received at an auto dealership. We are very unhappy both with Zeiser Kia and especially with Kia corporate. Over the course of our lease, their customer service has been lacking on multiple occassions, and today was one more example of why we will not ever again lease or buy a Kia. More

Working with Ben Robertson and Zeiser Kia was fantastic. Ben was great, very knowledgeable, patient willing to spend significant time with me to make sure I was happy with the selected vehicle and then maki Ben was great, very knowledgeable, patient willing to spend significant time with me to make sure I was happy with the selected vehicle and then making sure I understood how to use all the "goodies" on the new Sorento. Ben also worked on my behalf to make a favorable deal on my trade-in so that the new purchase made sense for me. I was also impressed with the entire atmosphere at Zeiser. The people were super friendly, the gentleman that worked up the financial paperwork was great and made sure we got every available discount, etc., and also thoroughly went over all the paperwork of the purchase. If you are looking for a great dealership to work with and a great salesman, definitely check out Zeiser Kia and ask for Ben Robertson. More
Went into the dealership with my son who was in the market for a new car. He spoke to Lindsey on the phone the day before and he really felt like she understood what he was looking for. When we arrived she greeted us as soon as we came in, she was so friendly and sat with us and just chatted, got to know us. After my son picked out his car and went to see Nathan for financing, Lindsey and I got to get to know each other and after telling her my situation and my car (200,000 miles), she suggested I just take a test drive. Well, needless to say, with her help, I also walked out with a brand new car and a great deal and I couldn't be any happier. Nathan and Chad did an excellent job because I really didn't think I could afford a new car, but they worked with me and made it happen. But, Lindsey was our "first impression" and she nailed it. She was one of those people that you felt like you've known forever. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I'd like to say thank you to the whole team but a "huge" thank you to Lindsey. . . keep up the good work! More
