I wo My wife and I had an excellent car buying experience at Napleton's Mid Rivers KIA in St. Peters, MO. We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle. I would say there are two reasons why I would purchase another car from this dealership. The main reason is the people who work there. Everyone was very friendly. We were made to feel at home. There was absolutely no car buying pressure. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. From the moment we walked into the show room, we were made to feel comfortable and at home. I really cannot say enough about Larry, Nichole, and Nathan. Nicole was a wiz at managing the paperwork. Nathan and Larry even stayed after hours to help us program our smartphones with the Bluetooth in the car. The service was awesome. The second reason why would purchase another car from this dealership is the car price. We got a great pre-owned car for a reasonable price. I also feel we got a very good deal on our trade-in. This dealership sells good cars at a reasonable price. Overall, we had an excellent car buying experience. We would highly recommend this dealership. More

We purchased a used Kia Sorento, and it was easily the best purchase experience we've ever had. Ben Robertson greeted us immediately when we showed up and didn't force us into something we didn't want, but asked questions to help him understand our interests. He answered all of our questions truthfully and honestly and never pressured us at all. When he passed us to Nathan on finance, the experience was equally positive, making sure we got the right loan for us, not the most expensive. At no point did we feel pressure to buy, which was great. I would absolutely recommend visiting with Ben Robertson at Mid Rivers Kia for your next car purchase. More

I was thrust into this car decision based on the totalling of my previous Kia Sorrento and feeling sad and not in control of my situation. They both helped me make my situation a positive experience and now feel like I am in better place than I started. Do not feel like the victim but now in control. Thank you so much! More
