Great sales staff! When we went to Napleton Kia, we had no idea what we were looking for. We have been driving SUVs for many years and just knew we wanted something diff When we went to Napleton Kia, we had no idea what we were looking for. We have been driving SUVs for many years and just knew we wanted something different. Jake Burris was kind enough to listen to us and took us on a few test drives. By the time we were done, we were driving away in a Kia K900 and couldn't be happier! In fact they made the process so smooth and made us feel so comfortable, we went back 2 weeks later and bought a new Kia Sorento! (We couldn't stand not having a nice SUV after all!) We highly recommend Jake Burris and the great staff at Kia Napleton! We will always check there first when shopping for cars in the future! More

Makes you rethink stereotypes of car salesmen Jake Burris definitely changed my opinion of car salesmen! He worked with my fiance and myself took the time to go over all the details and made sure Jake Burris definitely changed my opinion of car salesmen! He worked with my fiance and myself took the time to go over all the details and made sure we got the best deal. Tim Dodson was also amazing he fought for the best rate and got it for us even though our credit isn't perfect! I HONESTLY felt like family while I was here. Ted Hantak iv was also amazing he helped seal the deal by helping with sales tax! And last but not least Michael Ozanic the finance manager boy did he know his stuff I really appreciated that he didn't try and take advantage of us and get us to buy things we didn't necessarily need. Well on that I feel all the men we worked with are VERY hard workers and honest. When we decide to get a new car we will ONLY deal with Napleton's Mis Rivers Kia and ONLY Jake Burris! Jake took the time to go over ALL the car details and even set up my phone! I love my new 2015 Kia Forte! More
