It was the very first place I ever leased a new car since I had purchased my 98 M I cannot express enough how amazing this dealership has been to me. It was the very first place I ever leased a new car since I had purchased my 98 Monte Carlo when I was 15 years old. Years later I leased a 2013 brand new Kia Optima. I was so nervous and scared.... I always heard horror stories of the sleezy salesmen that rip you off. Ben Robertson and Jake Burris were an absolute pleasure to work with. They never gave up on me, gave me space, helped me understand, took there time with me but most importantly made the process go smooth and steady. Two years later I came back to trade my 2013 in for a 2015. Now I am even more pleased. The over all experience is most defiantly 5 stars including the service dept. I would recommend this place to everyone and refer them to Ben and Jake. Thank you! :). More

Absolutely uprofessional I took a loan out through my bank and came in with the check to buy my car I had picked out. The dealer I dealt with was GREAT. I will never send anyone to Napleton due to the finance man I dealt with. He made me feel like dirt bc I would not take a loan out through him. He told me I couldn't do the loan this way and that I was pretty much ignorant for taking my own loan out. I should have just left and brought my business elsewhere but instead I sat through his rude remarks and unprofessional manner that he managed this deal. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE OR TELL PEOPLE TO GO THERE. More

Finally! A dealership that puts the customer first. Chris King and Tim Dodson went above and beyond what I expected from a delership team. Service with a smile and a true willingness to help the customer way beyond what I've seen at other dealers. This is how I would run a car dealership if I was in charge. The finance discussion with Mike Keiser was brief honest and without pressure. Lastly I was impressed with the sales manager Ted Hantak. He gets the credit for promoting the atmosphere that led to a very nice car buying experience, and what I feel was a very good deal. Jim VH More

The service I got from him was very professional he explained everything to me about the car, the service center, everything you could think of. I've owned a lot of cars but I never had an experience like the one I got from this gentlemen. Very professional and very sincere and helpful, something hard to come by these days.
