The dealership did a great job detailing my car and had it looking great for me to take home by the time I needed it. Car X-Change program is a win. I first starting using KIA back in October 2014 when I bought my new 2015 Kia Sportage. This time I was sent an email offering to trade-in/trade-up t I first starting using KIA back in October 2014 when I bought my new 2015 Kia Sportage. This time I was sent an email offering to trade-in/trade-up to the current model year and nicer features for my current vehicle. After looking into the options I chose basically the same color vehicle with all the same features but went from an LX to and EX model. I was able to also reduce my financing to 0% because of customer loyalty. I worked with Jake Burris for the first time and he was easy to deal with. I came in on a Tuesday evening to see the new models. I returned the following Saturday to see the car in daylight and it took less than two hours to get me back on the road with my new car. Still fairly new to the line but I have been totally impressed with the vehicles, service department and the sales force. I also appreciated the fact that the other people involved recognized me from my previous purchase over 14 months earlier. Ben Robertson knew me from the get go and the financing guy Mike Keiser remembered me as well and got all my paperwork transferred as well as options purchased without so much as me having to lift a finger. It was all seamless. I can definitely say I will be back again...maybe next year if this auto X-Change program is still around. More

My brother and brother-in-law spent the afternoon at the dealership and he is now the proud owner of a pre-owned Altima with all the bells and whistles AND a sun roof! He is very pleased.
