We decided on a price and the dealership agreed. We were ready to pick it up. Then, the trouble started. Apparently the GM wasn't aware I was using my own bank's financing instead of theirs, so he stopped the deal. Even though the deal had already been made and the salesman and the sales manager were aware I wanted to use my own financing. I didn't even find out until my bank guy called and told me the dealership gave him the run around. Apparently it's all because of a "miscommunication" between the sales manager and the GM. Not my fault. So then the GM says I "can" use my own bank but the price of the car is raised. No thanks. I don't do business with people who don't stand by their word. I will never recommend any Napleton's store. UPDATE: We were contacted by Ted, the general manager, to resolve the situation. He apologized and offered us the original price. We appreciated his willingness to correct the mistake and will use Napleton's again. More

They helped us with our trade and gave us an upfront fair price on a Kia Sportage. The experience was so easy we also bought an Optima! Chris also followed up with us a few days after the sale to make sure everything was OK. I have never had that from a dealer before. I highly recommend them. More

I made a phone call to Matt Bahr, a long time and lifetime friend, asking him if he might have anything on the lot and told him what I was looking for. At the time he didn't have anything available. A week later Matt contacted me and let me know they had just got a truck in that met my needs. The wife and I immediately made the hour and a half drive to go look at this truck. It was everything I had expected. Within a couple hours we were on our way home with a new truck. Excellent customer service there at Napleton Mid Rivers Kia! More

Very unsatisfied; poor customer service! When i bought my 2010 Yukon Denali, Napleton's knew there was an issue with the after market radio in it and told me they would fix it. Took it back i When i bought my 2010 Yukon Denali, Napleton's knew there was an issue with the after market radio in it and told me they would fix it. Took it back in on a later date to have it fixed because the screen kept blacking out and the radio was draining my battery dead; After taking it to "fix" it, they brought it back to me claiming there was nothing wrong besides the settings and that the radio had been rewired previously and was fine. Still, 2 months later, the radio continues to draw juice and runs my battery dead on a weekly basis. Very frustrating that Napleton's claimed they couldn't find anything wrong besides settings when clearly the radio is wired wrong and we will have to fix it ourselves to ensure that it is done correctly!! Very poor customer service! More

We really liked him from the time he first started talking to us and he was just help, help, help. He left no questions unanswered, but I have to say, what we liked most about him was his personal style and laid back approach to help us. Let's face it, people love Kia Souls and the sales people realize people come there to buy. So Jake was just that guy that greeted us and helped us with our decision, gave us the best options, and saved us a bunch of $$$. We ended up buying the Latte colored Kia Soul - there aren't a lot on the road and they were running a special on that color. Everyone loves our car! You'll like Jake Burris like we did. Amazing car buying experience with the best customer service On my quest to purchase a new vehicle I researched several dealerships and this one had excellent feed back. Large purchases send me into near panic On my quest to purchase a new vehicle I researched several dealerships and this one had excellent feed back. Large purchases send me into near panic so when I was met at the door with friendly faces (not to mention Starbucks coffee) I was immediately set at ease. There were no high pressure tactics, no rushing through the choices and detailed review of each of the four cars I settled on to test drive. Darion McMiller the sales agent was beyond patient and candid in his recommendations for which cars would best serve my individual needs of which some are specialized. When you use this dealership and I so recommend you do ask for Darion he is superb. Once I picked my car the Finance Manager Mike Keiser took over and was a whirl wind of phenomenal!!! He literally spent hours explaining finance options, warranty options that would or wouldn't fit my needs, with the patience of a saint he walked my ins company agent who was new to job and stressed through process with him and Mr. Keiser was very careful to in detail explain each and everything I was or wasn't agreeing to and signing. He introduced me to service staff which further engendered confidence and they were obviously customer service driven as well. In sum I never knew purchasing a vehicle could be such a pain free and pleasant experience and I highly and with total confidence recommend this dealership and it's knowledgable, enjoyable staff.
