I know they were wanting us to be able to leave (setting at dealer for a long time) but I could of waited a day or two for the car to have it meet NEW car expectations. I got my price I already test drove and new what I wanted. I went online, filled out the following car buying programs, Costco, AAA and AARP. The later two emailed back with the price discount but Costco didn't since the car was a 2017 (it's Aug 2016 went bought). Jon called and said Costco would be a much bigger discount that the other two so I drove a good ways. I wasn't even considering Napleton since they were the furthest Kia dealer from my home but they were the only Costco dealer. Jon turned me over to a low pressured, fun and kind salesman Chris. Since I knew which car and package we had to decide color. Chris was easy to joke and talk with so it was enjoyable. Ben got involved during negotiations, he was also low key and fun but their price was not low enough since I had gotten a call from the AARP/AAA dealer in town. They ask what it would take and I threw out a lower price and I got as I was walking out the door. Mike took over, explain all the extras I could purchase quickly with no pressure and we closed the deal. More

Leasing a new vehicle without pain I went on 8/4 to view a Forte5 having never seen one. Matthew Bahr welcomed me at the door and was more than willing to bring a White Forte5 for my "b I went on 8/4 to view a Forte5 having never seen one. Due to an online ad my daughter had seen I was interested in a specific vehicle, a graphite colored Forte5. I explained. that my current lease would not expire until Oct. and I was deal shopping. Also that I wanted to include my daughter who had helped me with my initial lease of a Honda Fit in 2013. Mr. Bahr was friendly, courteous, knowledgable and understanding. He produced a product booklet on the Forte models, gave me his business card, and introduced me to the Sales Manager. I left letting him know I would be back with my daughter the next afternoon. When we arrived around 4 pm on 8/5, Matthew was waiting for us, likewise, the vehicle I requested was waiting for our test drive, which I used to ensure it would fit in my garage. Very nice! When we returned, we got down to business with Matthew and Mike Keiser and we were able to arrive, in pleasant fashion, at a mutual agreement which although not EXACTLY the payment I wanted (one always desires lower price..agree?) was close enough to allow me to lease this beautiful vehicle. The discussions and any questions were straight-forward, clear, and appreciated. (I have a hearing loss and needed things explained again several times. The gentlemen were very patient.). We did have two items to correct on 8/6, but merely typos. Once again, Matthew Bahr handled everything with confidence and in fine fashion. I did not take time to visit the Service area but have no doubt that when I do, the results will be of the same quality. This was a very pleasant experience. All the other people at the dealership were very pleasant to us as well. More

Awesome Experience I had the pleasure of working with Darion and Tim, I am still in awe of the customer service I received and the patience, I changed my mind 3 times an I had the pleasure of working with Darion and Tim, I am still in awe of the customer service I received and the patience, I changed my mind 3 times and finally decided on an Optima that they unfortunately didn't have on their lot. Tim searched all day on his day off and found it for me- I didn't get the text till 7pm - so really ALL day! When I went to pick it up I noticed some things that were missing that other dealerships offered on their Optima (windows tinted, pin stripe) Darion and Tim worked their butt off and made it happen! Can't say enough wonderful things about this team (which is really nice that it's a team effort). Side note- Tim is the manager of used vehicles, I bought new- that alone speaks volume :) More

Our salesman was very personable & knowledgeable of all the cars we were interested in & got the car we were looking for ready for a test drive. He is a veteran as is my husband so they had a lot in common & the conversation was most interesting. Matt put together terms & financing details and was most accommodating to our concerns. We appreciated his candor & straightforwardness in respect to the sale of the car we were interested in purchasing. All in all our experience was very good & you can be proud of your salesman Matt Bahr for being very respectfully & professional. The finance Mgr was very nice & thorough with the paperwork-it just took much longer than we thought as there was a new electronic process that was introduced recently. All in all our experience was very good & would go back to our salesman for another car or recommend the dealership to anyone. More
