Great experience in the end Originally came off as pushy as we knew what we wanted and were willing to pay, but felt as if we were being pushed another direction. When multiple staff listened to our requests, we were pointed in the right direction and ended up getting what we wanted for a price we could afford. Many employees were very helpful in the end result. Pushiness found redemption the next day when i had an uneasiness and additional questions regarding the financials of the sale and the same employee set aside time to speak with me on more of a personal level which completed the buying experience for me and will bring me back in the future. Great experience in the end but it took alot of time to get there, but that in part is due to the decision making process. Financial process was easy but i did have to return as some of the paperwork i had requested had been left out of the packet. More

This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement.
