I think your two measly $5 gift cards you sent as reparations is plenty. I requested to speak with you face to face regarding the issues when we were discussing my title. You had that chance when I returned for the IDOD inspection on January 31st. Your service manager sent you a text to let you know I was there and you were no where to be found and never responded. There is nothing you can say to make this better or go away. I'm just writing this review in hopes that no one else ever has to go through a similar situation.
