I literally spent three hours talking to the service center manager -Chris and Jake, sales manager- Darwin and my sales guy Mike and no body wanted to actually correct the problem. My sales guy even mentioned at the very end that they would have taken the $156 diagnostic charge off the bill if I would get my brakes fixed there. Well, no one at the service center even offered that, even now, that could still be offered!!! Mike also blamed my husband for not mentioning that the “noise” could be the brakes because if he did they would have told him not to have them check it because it’s not covered under warranty. Which he did mention that it could be the brakes and they didn’t say a word 😡 We are not mechanics, it’s your job to be honest and more transparent with service fees. I can bet that they checked the easiest thing first, the brakes and never even looked at the motor. So, unless you call me (Mike has my number) and tell me what you are going to do to correct my above complaint, I already wasted way too much time. UPDATE (Jan 8, 2021): I did get a call from Justin and he was very professional and listened to my experience with openness and empathy. He did understand my grievance and refunded my diagnostic fee. I did need my amplifier fixed, which was covered under warrant and that experience went smoothly. Thank you Justin!
