First, the finance department screwed up my paperwork. Apparently, one other person and I bought cars on the same day/evening. So, they put my name and information on his car and his information on my car Apparently, one other person and I bought cars on the same day/evening. So, they put my name and information on his car and his information on my car and filed it with the state. After two weeks they realized their mistake, and re-submitted the paperwork to the state. So, my temporary tags were about to expire and I still hadn’t received the paperwork to file with the state to get it licensed. I kept calling and was told it should come any day now. I received the paperwork 3 days before my temp tags expired. Now, 11 months later, I need to talk to someone and no one will return my call. My car was stolen and the thieves crashed it and totaled it. I can’t find my paperwork. I don’t know if I had gap insurance. My insurance company told me to contact the finance company and the finance company told me to contact the dealership. No one at the dealership will talk to me when I call so I leave a message but no one ever calls me back. I’m now in need a of new car and I’ll give you one guess where I won’t be buying from! I plan on going down to the dealership on Saturday to talk to someone. More
I had my oil changed yesterday. I thought I had more free ones. Without checking he said no. I ask them to see if they can figure out why the brake light was going on and off. Thre I thought I had more free ones. Without checking he said no. I ask them to see if they can figure out why the brake light was going on and off. Three hours later the young man who waited on me, brought me my paper work. Normal looking nothing needed. I ask about the brake light, he went back outside. He said he didn't know why it hadn't printed out for me. He told me I had no brakes. He said it was metal on metal AND I needed new rotors. I have a nephew who is a mechanic. He owns his own shop. I had him check my brakes and rooters. Rear tires have 90% left. Front tires have 50% left. Nothing is wrong with the rotors. You want to tell me why this young man straight up lied to me. You won't see me around the shop anymore. I wouldn't trust what was said to me. More
