I have spoken to Ravonda. For my troubles I recieved an apology. A promise to address the issue. And i was comped an oil change. I can't get over being lied to. If this would have been my mom she would have paid the $1,200 to have work done that was not needed. I now question any services I have had done. But yes, they did reach out.
