We bought a 2022 Kia in July we thought we had a reservation but the salesmen were busy with moving cars because they were having the parking lot repaved. So they sent Ian out to help us it was hott reservation but the salesmen were busy with moving cars because they were having the parking lot repaved. So they sent Ian out to help us it was hotter than heck and he didn’t seem to really have the time to to find out what we were looking for. We told him a Kia Soul but he was too worried about moving cars. We picked out our car not really knowing what features we had because it was crazy around there I felt kinda sorry for him. When we were closing up with him he made sure that we give him a good review or he could possibly loose his job!? Well we didn’t want that cause it wasn’t his fault that his boss wanted the lot done and not take care of the customers so we gave a great review for Ian but I’m thinking now I shouldn’t have Then they gave of a really bad price for our trade in! It was a decent car. Then we had to wait forever for financing when we finally got in it just got worse they wanted us to buy the big service package and we didn’t want any of it but the guilted us into buying a smaller service package which was 3000 bucks now ad interest to that for 7 years is a lot of money. We went back and signed the paper to cancel the service contract. When I called the bank to see who was going to pay that 3000 off she said the car dealer sends it to them Hmmm so I called the dealer to find out why they haven’t sent the money but they won’t call me back the girl at the desk Jessie always has to know why you want to talk to them and I tell and so has my husband and of course they are always busy and she will make sure they call me back we have called 6 times with the same answer (busy will call you back) really no you have never called us back. Paul was our financial person if he has gotten my messages why hasn’t he called me back ?Hiding something? Wow terrible customer service!!!!Oh ya I forgot a couple weeks after we bought the car I got a call from I guess the manager of maple ton Kia wanting to know why I didn’t wright a review I told him that I wasn’t very happy with the service with the parking lot and Ian not being able to take his time with us. He said a good review was important but I didn’t write a review. What do I do next if I don’t get a call by tomorrow? Do I get legal help? I know I would never buy from them again. More
