Frankly, i'm surprised Ted Hantak is still managing the dealership. It took many months of phone calls, letters, threats, to get my $$ back - along with state & federal violations on your part, but the authorities were notified. It also took a month to get copies of the complete set of papers I signed with Patrick. Then the papers were emailed from someone's private account!! More Federal & State infractions! Re: Joe Restivo... I didn't hold him responsible for Patrick's indiscretions (which might be naive of me), but he failed in a couple of other ways. He didn't offer me the plates from my trade-in & was letting me leave the dealership without temp. plates! I had to circle back & find him when I realized the situation. Perhaps he was just new at car sales. Glad to see he's still at it. Hope he stays ethical!! By the way, when I called the offices in Oakbrook, IL, they knew the dealership I was complaining about before I even mentioned Napleton Mid Rivers name! Hmmm? You are every stereotypical car sales joke all wrapped together. I have, and will continue, to tell everyone I know about my experience with Napleton Mid Rivers Kia.
