I have been going to Mid Rivers KIA for service for 10 years now and have purchased two cars from this dealership. Over the last couple years the service department has been terrible. I wasn’t planning on going back but decided to try one more time and get an oil change, scheduled online a few days in advance. When it was time for the appointment they told me they had a staff meeting and would get to it afterwards and it would be approximately 2 hours total. They had in my appointment that I was waiting at the dealership. I told them I couldn’t wait 2 hours for an oil change. The guy didn’t seemed concerned at all. I then said I would not be coming back to them for any service. He said fine. I called to speak to a manager, had to leave a message, no one has called back. This is the appreciation Mid Rivers KIA gives to a 10 year customer who has purchased two vehicles from them. Won’t be buying anymore from them. More
