I came in looking for a new car and Faybian went above and beyond my expectations. He helped me find a car that I love, and worked with me to help lower my monthly payment to something I was comfortable w and beyond my expectations. He answered any and all questions I had, and really broke everything down and explained things to me in detail. He answered questions I didn’t even know to ask! He even took the time to talk to my dad over the phone to ease his mind and answer any of his questions as well, which he absolutely didn’t have to do. Overall this was the best experience I’ve ever had with any dealership and I will absolutely tell everyone I know to go see Faybian if they’re in need of a new car. I’ll never go anywhere else! More

Bought 2022 KIA Forte GT the other day from Napleton KIA. There were more new cars on lot than any other dealer in area. Some had just come off truck with protective paper on hood, top, trunk.
