Ask for Joe Inglish We had been thinking about purchasing a new car for several months but just weren't quite ready. The first time we were just shopping the lot and we s We had been thinking about purchasing a new car for several months but just weren't quite ready. The first time we were just shopping the lot and we spoke with Joe briefly. He was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. On two other occasions we spoke with a different salesman but still were not ready to buy. When we finally decided on the model that we wanted we went back to see Joe. Joe took the time to answer all of our questions and find exactly the right Jeep Cherokee for us. Buying a new car and going through the trade in process is never fun but Joe's pleasant personality and his genuine need to make sure that we had the best experience possible made all the difference. Ask for Matt Allin! Matt Allin was very helpful when I bought my 4-door Wrangler. I told Matt the options I was looking for and he was able to find a Jeep on his off-site Matt Allin was very helpful when I bought my 4-door Wrangler. I told Matt the options I was looking for and he was able to find a Jeep on his off-site lot across the highway. We drove a different Jeep over to the other lot to test drive the Jeep we ultimately purchased. I had no idea Napleton had so much inventory. I'm glad Matt was able to help. He was friendly and low pressure, which made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Matt was knowledgable about the vehicles, but also very upfront and honest if he didn't have an answer to a question. I would much rather a salesman say he doesn't know something, but will find out, instead of making up an answer. Best of all…I love my Jeep! Thank you, Matt! More
