We experienced his knowledge and belief in the product. That included him carefully answering all our questions, walking through every detail on the new vehicle and making sure our daughter drove away knowing her new car. There was some basic negotiation but not like the back and forth other dealerships try to put you through. They have a person focused on the 'numbers' so sales can actually work with you on getting right product. It is a good system where they know consumers do research and come ready to deal so your time is not wasted. It was straight-forward, we told them what we were willing to pay, they honored every discount including True Car & Costco, understood our goals and even gave us more for our trade than we expected. Our shopping started on the internet where they have a dedicated person (Jessica) who never pressured us while always being there to answer questions and give the bottom line numbers when asked. The decision to purchase was easy even when we stopped in with no notice and had to work with multiple people that included the sales manager, two other sales persons, and a finance manager. It was easy to choose Mid Rivers and they've made this a no-brainer for our next purchase. We made the deal on a Saturday and the only wish was they had more staff to handle the business - that would have had us in and out within an hour instead of two. But that's ok because you are not 'processed' and actually treated like a valued customer. Thanks 'Tex' and the team for what is sure to be just one of more great experiences. More
