I decided to go over on Wednesday to check out the vehicle I was interested in before the sale started. I was told that the car in the sale ad was already sold and they did not have any more of Grand Caravans on their lot and would not get anymore from the factory for the 2015 model year. They told me they would try to find one for me from another dealer. I had to go to a dealer in St. Louis to test drive one. They ended up getting a more expensive Caravan in from a Fenton dealership that I ended up buying. After the paper work was signed and I was getting ready to leave, I realized the drivers side floor mat was missing and was then told that the owners manual was also missing. Luckily they had a new set of floor mats at the dealer and they were able to get me an owners manual the next Monday. The first time I drove my new car after driving it home, I noticed a vibration when applying brakes. I drove it to the dealer and they gave me an appointment for the next morning. Service consultant Jim Sisco was friendly and informed me that they replaced both rotors to solve the problem. Service manager went with me on a test drive because of a noise I heard in the transmission. He was friendly and gave me an explanation for the noise and told me the noise was somewhat normal, but they would monitor it. We test drove a similar model that did not have the noise. He told me the noise may lesson after I put some miles on it. I am a little uncomfortable with this as I am retired and plan on driving this car for years and fear a premature failure of the transmission. Even though none of the above is desirable when buying a brand new car, Jim Junge, Jim Sisco and Jeremy Perrone were all friendly, professional and courteous. Even with the problems I've experienced, everyone I dealt with at Napleton's seemed to be doing their best to take care of these problems. . More

We had just left another dealership that had left us standing there waiting for a test drive for half an hour. We had to haggle a little to finally the best deal, but came back the next day and was happy with what we paid. Finance guy was efficient and quick. Good experience out the door.
