It was great. We went in with a terrible experience from another dodge dealership earlier that day. At this other location they were throwing out the usual "really We went in with a terrible experience from another dodge dealership earlier that day. At this other location they were throwing out the usual "really we are loosing money by giving you this car so cheap.". And the "by law we have to charge you this fee." And it's the stuff like that that makes you leave and come somewhere else. We went in not expecting anything and I walked out with a new car because there was no haggling and they came back with a number that was what they could work with and I could work with. It was refreshing to see some salesmen still know how to sell without making stuff up to make you think they are doing YOU a huge favor, and Scott was a salesmen I would certainly return to. There were scratches on the car that we noticed the next day. They are currently taking care of them and gave us a free rental to use in the mean time. It seems that some dealerships make it seem like they will do everything you need when trying to get you to purchase a car and the once you leave it's a completely different story. However, we have not had that problem at napletons, and I hope we never do. More
