An amazing buying experience!!! Let me preface this with saying that I am in sales and have purchased new vehicles previously. I originally discovered Napleton's through a google map Let me preface this with saying that I am in sales and have purchased new vehicles previously. I originally discovered Napleton's through a google map search. I called to see about an appraisal on my truck that I intended to trade. Jessica immediately made the appointment with me and I went on a Saturday afternoon. It was slammed and they were hosting a food truck event for charity. Every single employee I met was friendly and courteous. Extremely accommodating and friendly. I met with Jessica initially although she put me in Matt Allin's care. Jessica is the sweetest! I was able to easily negotiate my trade in value directly with Kerry (used car manager) and Matt. They conceded some to get closer to what I was asking. Once we agreed upon my trade I let Matt know what make and model I wanted down to the option. They didn't have one at their location, but they located one in Chicago at a separate dealership and immediately contacted the dealer to hold it and were going to transfer it for free! It turns out that the vehicle I wanted was already sold by the Chicago dealer so they immediately located an almost exact match locally. I decided to go with that vehicle. Matt and Gary prepared a very easy to understand worksheet of all the dollar amounts involved. At no time did I feel like they were trying to hide any costs. It was shockingly transparent which was great. I went back on a Wednesday evening to see my new ride and they had it completely detailed with a full tank of gas! I waited a while for Matt as he was helping other customers, but managed to meet and speak with Tex for a minute. One of the best story tellers I have met! I was glad we got to get to know each other. From there Richie in Finance prepared all the loan documents. He even took the time to compare different finance options that would save me money in the long run and found incentives that I qualified for. At some point my salesman Matt, took me for a test drive to go over the cockpit and all the features of the vehicle. It was awesome. He showed me tricks and tips that I would have never used had I not read the 744 page manual! LOL! Next we went on a tour of the parts and service area. The shop was immaculate. I have worked in many garages as a kid and this was one of the cleanest I have seen. Matt explained what to do when I come in for service, the hours, etc. Matt even called me later that evening on his way home because he realized he forgot to answer one of my questions about a feature. He walked me through it over the phone until I had it down. I know this is a long story, but I just wanted to share my full experience. These guys stand out as exceptional in a commodity industry and deserve to be recognized for it. I had such a good time I want to go hang out with them next Saturday! They work some of the worst hours, but manage to be authentically joyful every time I went in. True professionals passionate about their work and I respect it immensely. Kudos Matt and kudos to everyone I met at Napleton's. It was a real pleasure and I can't wait to go back for my first oil change!!! -Mike Metzger More

Bill in finance could take a lesson from Matt...didn't care for his approach to the extended warranty. .when I said no that is what I meant..end of discussion. ..he should have been more concerned with how the title was to read because I had to come back...he was nice but just dont care to go round and round..he made his point and should have accepted my answer.
