I was tired and about to give up until I found a SUV that really interested me online. I got in contact with Jessica through the website and she answered all my questions and we set up the appointment for me to come out the next morning. I was trying to find a sitter for my kids and she encouraged that it was not a problem to bring them along. The next morning I met Bruce and he took us to the service bay because it was pouring outside so we could investigate the car better. He informed me that he had gotten a used SUV that was exactly what I was looking for that had not made it online yet, but he thought I should see it. So we went out and there was the most wonderful SUV for my family. It was exactly what we had been looking for. So I was able to take it to show my husband and we came back and purchased it that night. Everything went smooth, and I just had to bring it back to have it finished being detailed in a couple of days. When I dropped it off, we were expecting it to take just a day, but they found there were a couple things that they needed to work on. In a week we were able to pick it up and everything is good. Go somewhere else This was 1st time buying brand new jeep and it was good experience. We were told that the sales tax was included in with the financing of the vehicle, and come to find it, it was not. After realizing this, my husband made a phone call to speak to Rich Difeo to get this fixed and it took him 3 days to finally get ahold of him. The sales manager was also contacted (Gary) and was not helpful at all. My husband continued to call multiple times and his phone calls went un-returned.. It is now 2 weeks later and we are starting to make some progress, but really? Should it take 2 weeks to fix a problem?! This was our 1st time buying a brand new car and our experience has been very stressful and not enjoyable at all! I do not recommend this dealership. More
