Great Price - Great Customer Service Napletons was great to work with. It started out with an internet response from Frank Shaffer (GM) with an "Out of the Door" price for a new Dodge c Napletons was great to work with. It started out with an internet response from Frank Shaffer (GM) with an "Out of the Door" price for a new Dodge caravan. This was in response to my internet question on prices for a Dodge Caravan. We also received car quotes from other dealers in the St Louis metropolitan area. But when following up with other dealers, their prices were NOT out of the door price (i.e., extra cost for dealer add-ons, etc.). Prior to our trip to St Louis, Jessica Scoles/Frank Shaffer answered a lot of questions via the internet which was very helpful. . Once we got to Napletons, the car was outside ready to be view, Jessica and Tex met us at the door. Gary "Tex" Clark was our inside salesperson who made us feel right at home, answered questions, toured the car, and was a professional, second to none. Also, thanks to Richard Difeo in Finance. Gary "Tex" Clark I bought a Town and Country in 2013 and was happy with the purchase until a problem developed with the air bag light going on. Seems like there was no fix for this problem and I was not comfortable driving the car not knowing for sure about its safety to me and my passengers. Tex was very understanding as to where I was coming from and worked with me to achieve a satisfying result. It took some time, but he never gave up looking for a good replacement for me. I would recommend him for anyone shopping for a car--new or used. More

We came in on the 16th to sign the deal and the GMS RAISED THE PRICE $2,000. So he violated the deal and changed his mind. Seems to be the car sales shuffle as usual. I end giving up an extra $400 over the original agreed upon price . So my question, is what makes you different than any other dealer in town? More

Unprofessional I found a Jeep Commander on the Company's website. I sent them an email expressing my interest the night before. I then received a return email from a sales person named "Natalie". I received a phone call from the same sales person the next morning. I Then Had a scheduled appointment to meet with her on Mon. 9/7/15.. I called Natalie to advised her that I was enroute to the dealership. I was only moments away. No sooner than I hung up from talking to her I receive a call from the sales mgr about confirming my appointment.I (informed him that I was on my way and that Natalie was expecting me. Upon arriving at dealership approx. 5 mins after the phone calls, I was told that Natalie was extremely busy "swamped" was the word used. And another sales representative was going to assist me. I found this to be a little unusual since I had just spoken to "Natalie" and she was expecting me. I even went so far as to ask if this "Natalie" actually existed. I was told she was very pregnant and was due within two weeks so she was cautious as to how much time she spent on her feet. OK, so the salesman appointed to us said he would go get the car and bring it around. My wife and I Waited for 30 minutes for the salesman (Brandon) to find keys to vehicle which he claimed the keys were with another salesman and he had to locate that salesman. However, most of the sales people we saw were not busy and pretty much standing around in small clusters talking... We waited, the keys were were never located. We never met or saw Natalie ,AND, we never saw the car we came to preview/buy. After giving them a few extra minutes, we finally left. Brandon stated that he was sorry for wasting my time. We were in total disbelief of their Extremely poor business procedures! More

I shopped autotrader, looked at several dealerships and as I was ready to give up on St. Petets, I saw Napletons. I drove into the lot and was welcomed by Gary Tex Clark waving me into a parking place. I explained my delima and budget. We looked at the inventory and settled on a white, 2010 Toyota Corolla. Car drove fabulous and was in my budget. Good news, I only had 4 days to return the rental. Gary went out of his way to lower the price and add a bumper to bumper warranty! He also spoke to my husband on the phone (he works away from home) and okayed an electronic signature so I could buy the car the same day. Tex went way past the extra mile to make this transaction as easy as possible! I'd recommend him to everyone! I couldnt be happier! More
