Outstanding service with unparalled integrity. I arrived in STL to help my son whose car became unworkable. After finding two trucks that did not work out as hoped, I was directed to Napleton and t I arrived in STL to help my son whose car became unworkable. After finding two trucks that did not work out as hoped, I was directed to Napleton and there was Tex. As Tex said, "I was a woman on a mission." I had to return home to Los Angeles but could not leave my son without a trustworthy vehicle. We found the truck on the internet and I went to see about it the next morning. God blessed me with Tex! (And I don't say that lightly.) Tex brought the truck out, gave me all the pertinent information and assured me this would be a good purchase. I know you're thinking, "that's just salesmanship." Maybe with someone else but not with Tex. Tex knew I needed a vehicle that I would allow my Mom to use and I was assured my son would be safe and have many more miles to go on the truck. Highly Recommend Napleton's! My husband and I started our new car search in July and test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee with Tex. We let him know that we weren't planning on actually purchasing until the end of the year when we got our bonus. That would scare away most salesman, but Tex was very patient and spent time with us anyway. He went through the vehicle from front to back, explaining everything in detail. He gave us his card and said he would keep in contact. Tex called us a couple of times to say hi and check in, but he didn't bother us. We decided at the end of October to purchase a van instead of the Grand Cherokee. We gave him a call and made arrangements to come in and test drive and bring our Jeep for appraisal. We felt that all of the employees from the different departments were very honest and forthright from the very beginning. It took a couple of weeks to agree on trade in values and car price, but everything worked out in the end. Tex is knowledgeable and honest, definitely not your typical salesman! More
Service and Salesman At my Oil Change/Tire Rotation service appointment Tuesday 10-27-15, I was concerned about what Nick Ellison, Service Consultant said regarding my tir At my Oil Change/Tire Rotation service appointment Tuesday 10-27-15, I was concerned about what Nick Ellison, Service Consultant said regarding my tire tread wear, I felt confused that a 2015 Journey purchased December 2014 should be having tire issues already! Nick Ellison answered each of my questions and suggested a Four Wheel Alignment at this appointment and a Tire Rotation to be done the next oil change. I approved and went to wait. As I was walking through the dealership sales floor area, I was looking for Matt Allin, Sales Consultant who worked with me when I purchased the vehicle. I trust Matt Allin and was going to discuss with him, what I had been told about the tires. It was a day off for Matt, but as I walked on heading to the waiting area, I met Austin Ramsey, Sales Consultant. We exchanged greetings and he asked if there was some way he could be of help to me. I explained my concern and he answered my questions with an understanding of why I possibly needed this Rotation.. I quickly learned that Austin Ramsey is a very nice young man, well spoken, knowledgeable, a true people-person and interested in assisting me in whatever way possible. He was as genuine with me as Matt Allin has been. During our discussion, he actually went to talk with the Mechanic. And, I soon learned, everything was on track regarding my Journey.
