Not your typical dealership. I cannot begin to put into words how amazing this whole team was but I'm going to try. I came in looking at a used car due to my poor credit, thinking I cannot begin to put into words how amazing this whole team was but I'm going to try. I came in looking at a used car due to my poor credit, thinking that was my best option. I was amazed at the level of friendliness and willingness to help me get my family into a safe vehicle, even after I was up front and honest telling them I don't even think Ill be able to get financing. I wasn't having luck getting financed on a couple used cars, but that didn't stop them. They showed me a few different new cars, made sure I was completely satisfied with them and not just saying okay to something, and we finally found one I could get that I loved, the 2015 Dodge Dart SE. They wheeled and dealed with the financial institutes for hours to make sure that I didn't have to leave in the car that I had arrived in, a car that had gotten a flat tire driving to the dealership. The whole team from the minute I walked in was so wonderful, even the folks we didn't specifically work with. I didnt realize it was going to be such a long process (due to my credit) and I brought my 10 month old son, who had some fits while we were there and nobody even batted an eye. Everyone was quick to talk to him and wave hi, even gave us the remote to the tv to turn on Mickey Mouse in the lobby! So long story short after 6 hours of them busting their behinds for us, we left in our new Dodge Dart and said goodbye to the Ford Taurus I bought as a teenager. Again, I cannot say enough thanks to Austin, Don and Dave for the amazing work they did for my family. You guys are stuck with us, I mean you made customers for life! Thank you again. More

Yes, it's close to home, 12 miles, but we get good service & like & use the specials in the service department. Our newest vehicle is a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This car is like an amoured vehicle, I really feel safe in it, maybe it's the 10 airbags. The service dept always completes their work on time & are courteous. Great waiting room when needed. More

Shady dealings Wow!!!! This is the worst dealership ever. No one communicates with each other and you have shady practices. Lets see, I make an appointment for Augus Wow!!!! This is the worst dealership ever. No one communicates with each other and you have shady practices. Lets see, I make an appointment for August 1st. You service department keeps my vehicle for two weeks with no calls. Then they call me and say hey we have to reschedule you for a week and a half later. When I finally get it in there you cant get the gas tank I need, get a used tank (that had the same problems mine did) and charge me a $1000 to install it. No one inspected the tank before they gave it too me. So I'm out a grand there. Then they tell me "oh we have a modified tank filler tube (whatever its called) and that it would be covered under warranty. So again I feel scammed. Then, I get emails about your dealership wanting used jeeps and I took you up on it. Sure you say, we have a jeep you like and we will get it for you. Great. I'm asked to give a $500 deposit. you know to prove I'm serious. I wait almost two weeks. We're sorry, the jeep has a $6000 lift and we cant get the jeep for you unless you want to pay the extra. Again, feels like I'm being scammed. Wait this is the best part, I say no thank you and just give me my $500 back. No problem, but we don't have it. See the dealership cashed the check I gave for the deposit unknowingly to me, which I found out through my bank statement when I was checking it. We will have to mail you a check. Again, feels like I'm being scammed. I give them my correct address, face to face, we wrote the correct address down and I wait a week. Would you believe no check. I go back to the dealership and they give me the General Manager. I believe his name is Gary. He tells me he is sorry it was mailed to the wrong address. Remember, we went thru writing my address down correctly. Gary fills out a form and says ok this went to the wrong address and Gary and I fill out a slip requesting a check with correct address AGAIN. Here it is almost three weeks total and again NO CHECK!!!!!!!!!!!! So I will be heading back up to this crooked dealership again tomorrow and try to get my money back. Worst part of this, you are sending me an email asking me how I like my new vehicle, a month later. Just dumb. Plain and simple unprofessional and dumb. Thanks for nothing Gene More

I bought a Jeep Wrangler, not from them, about 2 months ago and unfortunately it was lemon. They have worked with me for over a month to help me get out of that car and into a beautiful Grand chrerokee Laredo. They are friendly to talk to and are overall great people.
