ended with a great experience we had a couple of small issues with paperwork and an expired set of inspections. After reaching out and dealing with Frank Schaefer, the GM, we ha we had a couple of small issues with paperwork and an expired set of inspections. Not only did he take care of the costs of the fees he also made sure that a striped drain plug was replaced and an oil change completed at no cost. He truly stepped up to make sure we will stay a customer of Napletons for year to come More
