After driving the car, discussing pricing, it was getting late so when my parents dropped the kids off at the dealership "Tex" offered popcorn, balloons and just shot the breeze with us while we waiting for financing. We let them know we wanted to pick up the Jeep early on Saturday morning, as we had other commitments in town for the rest of the day. Not only were they ready for us, Gary "Tex" Clark was standing out front when we parked, and was holding the dealership door open for us! He got us through the process as quickly as possible, yet took the time to make sure my wife was fully informed as to the features of her new Jeep. As an extra touch of class, he even offered to pair her cell phone to the Jeep, so everything would be ready for her to use as we drove off the lot! That's customer service at its finest! More

Worst new car buying experience ever I had previously posted several paragraphs depicting my experience at this dealership when buying my 2016 jeep wrangler. It is now more than a month a I had previously posted several paragraphs depicting my experience at this dealership when buying my 2016 jeep wrangler. It is now more than a month after the purchase of the vehicle, and wrongdoings by the finance person, Don Harbough, are still coming to light. I would highly suggest, buyer beware! We were lied to on pricing of the warranties. I would take extra effort in reviewing the contract before signing. Also, I would suggest that you know your credit score before going in and sitting with the finance department at Napleton's Mid Rivers. Even with a prime credit score we were given a sub prime interest rate. It doesn't surprise me that the person that benefits from these wrongdoings would be the finance personnel. Don Harbough, with the way you dealt with us, it is no surprise that all of this is directly associated with our time with you. The errors that where'delt out would have potentially cost us over $8,000.00. The financing is still unresolved. This puts a new twist on predatory lending. More

Our experience started at Napelton's but after visiting a few others that afternoon we immediately returned. In the end, we could have saved a lot of our time by ending our journey where we started. When you are looking for a new or used car and a dealer, you expect a certain level of service. At Napelton's, we felt the service exceeded our expectations. Much of this is attributed to our salesman, Gary "Tex" Clark. We felt an immediate connection with him from the test drive on. He was never pushy and we honestly felt he had our best interests in mind. In addition, as some of the other reviewers have stated in regards to Tex, you feel like your talking to family or a good friend. It made looking for a new car a lot less stressful. We got a great clean car and made an awesome friend. When we have to buy another car (new or used), our first call will be to Gary "Tex" Clark. Save yourself some time and stress and do the same!! Dealing with the right people makes all the difference! So I bought my new truck On 3/2/16 but my experience with this dealership began about a week earlier. My wife and I stopped in to take a look at some trucks as we were interested in taking advantage of the 0% financing. To be honest, I was treated with disrespect by two individuals that worked there and made up my mind I would never buy anything from there. I was called later in the week by a third party survey company and was completely honest in saying I was not happy and why. Another day passed and I received another call, this time from the manager there named James Dean. When James called he was clearly concerned that I was displeased and made the statement "allow me to make it right". So from that moment on James and his staff was on a mission, to find me the truck I wanted at the best price possible. I arrived the next day to be greeted by a man everyone called Tex but I call the man my friend. Tex was a drastic change from the first salesman I dealt with and I cant say enough about this mans character. I've bought plenty of new cars throughout the years but Id be hard pressed to buy another one unless he was my guy facilitating the deal. So to Mr. Dean I would like to say thank you for being a man of your word and making it right and teaming me up with Tex.
