After unsuccessful, lengthy negations the day before, the salesman called me at home the next morning. I raised my offer, and the salesman assured me the deal was done. i asked for clarification three times, and each time he promised me we had a deal. So, I drove there, again, and guess what? We discussed the deal we made, but "the boss" wouldn't approve it. I was done. As I was leaving, he further insulted my intelligence by trying to explain it off as a "miscommunication" and "we wrote the wrong figure down on the paper." Seriously? What a waste of time. Lies and BS! More

Unwillingness to work with USAA Financing! My experience with my seller, John was 5 stars! He is a retired solider and was honest, friendly and transparent on my purchase. He did everything he My experience with my seller, John was 5 stars! He is a retired solider and was honest, friendly and transparent on my purchase. He did everything he could to make my car buying purchase as seamless as possible, unfortunately working with the dealership was not the same. We negotiated our purchase price and I provided them the documents to process an electronic check with USAA, as they were recommended as preferred dealership with USAA. They did not want to process my loan and wanted a physical check to purchase the car. After some back and forth with their financing, they made copies of my paperwork and said they would fax it off. They didn't do this the same night (6pm) and the next day was 12/23, apparently no one was in finance and no one faxed the loan information until 12/27, a Tuesday. After calls back and forth to John and the staff at Napleton, I was told I could not get the car until they received payment, even though USAA had processed my loan and their payment was in electronic processing. John finally said he felt confident that my loan was finalized and let me get the keys and drive off on 12/28. I acknowledge John was unable to assist with getting my purchase processed faster, and he apologized multiple times for the dealership's difficulties in making it a smooth purchase . I would highly recommend John as he understands USAA and had used them himself for his car purchases, but I rate their finance department a 1 star. More

Chris Campbell was helpful with every step, and took the time to explain each step along the way. Had financing in place when I walked in, but received a better rate including a warranty package not included in my previous offer. After I finished signing my documents, the vehicle was washed, detailed, and had a full tank of fuel. It's about the details, and every person I encountered was courteous and professional. More

John Flieger did a nice job helping me find the vehicle I wanted, he gets five stars. In fact, everyone in sales did a nice job. Where this one went wrong was in finance, one individual in particular. After purchasing and checking some details, I called him and left a voicemail with my concern and he didn't have the courtesy to return my call. The problem was corrected the next day without a hassle by another gentleman, even though I had to initiate the contact. So cross your t's, dot your i's, and check everything when you deal with finance.. I give one star for finance. More

I got to know John Fliger from Napleton, who took care of all the paper works and things to do while purchasing my new Dodge Journey 2017. Its 2 weeks old now and it rides smooth. John is doing a frequent check to make sure if everything is going good with the new car. I would definitely recommd others who are looking for a good friendly dealership to start with :) More

Pete Made Our Deal Easy! My wife first met Pete while I was deployed in 2014, I met him in 2015 after I returned home. We purchased our Jeep Grand Cherokee in April of 2016 My wife first met Pete while I was deployed in 2014, I met him in 2015 after I returned home. We purchased our Jeep Grand Cherokee in April of 2016. Pete is very approachable and down to earth, he never followed us around like a "hound dog" trying to sell us a vehicle we neither wanted or needed. We came into the dealership with basically a no haggle deal. Pete was very attentive and helpful in finding the right vehicle that fit our needs as well as our budget. He was very diligent in working with us to make sure we received the best deal possible. After we narrowed down our choices to two vehicles Pete was extremely patient with my wife while making her final decision. We will definitely call Pete for our next new vehicle purchase. More

Tex at Napleton Mid Rivers This is was the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Napleton's Mid Rivers and both purchases have been GREAT. We returned to Napleton's s This is was the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Napleton's Mid Rivers and both purchases have been GREAT. We returned to Napleton's specifically looking for Tex about 4 years after out first purchase because of his great service. Tex was open and down to earth, and actually took time to listen to us and what we were looking for in a vehicle. He has a great deal of knowledge about his product and how to cut through to the bottom line in a timely manner. My wife and I don't not buy new, so our options can be limited in finding the right vehicle. We visited another big name dealer in the St Louis area and it was a nostalgic trip back to the old school world of "used car salesmen". Every bit the bad dream that I remembered from long ago. Napleton's was a totally different experience. Tex did not us like just another used car sale. We felt respected, welcome and will definitely hunt him down again for our next purchase. On a side note, We had our Chrysler Aspen in for service in the same time period and the service department was also fantastic. Hats off to Kyle for his help and politeness. More
