Within 24 hours of bringing the issue to Tex's attention the issue was completely resolved and the dealership went over the top to make sure we were taken care of. We were helped by Tex, and he is the nicest guy you will ever meet! He is so genuine and sweet, which is a rare find when it comes to a car salesman. It didn't feel like we were buying a car; it felt like we were telling a good friend what we wanted for our family. We left to compare other vans from competitor dealerships, and at the end of the day I knew exactly who we were going to buy from. I am still in awe of how comfortable and at ease we felt. My 22 year ols son was looking for his first car and Thanks to your great salesman "Tex" not only did he get the car that he wanted he also got a Full time job! Then I had thinking about trading off my 2010 Grand Caravan and once again there was "Tex" to our rescue! He found exactly what I was looking for! Tex Rox! My husband and I went in and afternoon about a week ago to look around and Tex was the first person to greet us...
