The worst dealership ever!!!!!!! I bought a ram pickup on 6/5/17 took the truck home that fri put insurance on it and never received a title in the mail . I got a call on 7/2/17 that my loan didn't go through and they needed more paperwork from my divorce two years ago because I was still on my exs car loan , so I gave them what I had and have been calling every day since then and leaving messages with no response so I called and asked for a manager who assured me he would call me right back after getting to the bottom of this well it's been three days and still nothing so I canceled my insurance and have left three messages with Shane Lough to please call me so we could get to the bottom of this , I just want an answer on what's happening, so after all day of calling I called William who sold me the truck he said he didn't know anything and would have Shane call me well like a broken record no call back , I should have known better when they told me to post date a check for two weeks after I bought the truck and then went ahead and cashed it two days later only overdrawing my account and locking up my money with the bank for 7 days oh by the way I told them to come get the truck and i still haven't received a call about it !! This place is a joke and I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these idiots !!! More

The sales team led me to believe - but as always I made they put in writing - that my Jeep would have Bluetooth working on my car when I purchased. It was not working, was apparently not installed, but I was told to come back the next day and service would take care of the issue. When I came back and delivered my car to the service group, the sales team took my car - without my knowledge - drive to a third party aftermarket company (again WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE) and had some group install a cheap Bluetooth system in my car. Not the factory installed option I had in writing. When I complained to the sales manager, and said I am not being unreasonable here and said if you were in my shoes would you take his car the way things were done, he just shrugged. My only course of recourse is legal action which luckily we have a lot of lawyers in the family. It is sad as there is ZERO customer service after you walk out that door. I left Audi to get a Jeep, and one of the good things about Audi is being treated well. I guess that does not happen at Napletons, at least that is my experience. More

Tex was the sales associate who first approached my mother and myself in the lot. We were simply looking for my dream vehicle, a very specific two door hard top Jeep Wrangler with a Hard Trail rating and a lift already done to it. Immediately, Tex showed her to me. Ruby, the Rubicon. Tex was an absolute gentleman to my mother and myself. As a female purchasing a vehicle, it's sad to say we have not often been met with the level of kindness, professionalism, and gratitude this man showed. Honestly, if it wasn't for him, I'm not positive I would have purchased this vehicle. He worked tiredlessly to get the right price for my trade and ensured I was taken care of. He even threw in a couple of "treats" for Ruby. Thank you isn't enough. He has called a couple of times, not in an annoying way, but to ensure she is treating me right. This man is an asset to your company, and as someone who is a Hiring Manager, he is the type of person I endlessly search for in my endeavors. Tex, you're one heck of a guy. Jeep on! More
